The easiest place i found to complete tomahawk master rank 4 in Red Dead Redemption was in Nosalida. There aren’t a whole lot of enemies around and they are mostly focused on fighting the Mexican Army, making it easy to run up on them and toss your tomahawk. This rank is somewhat tricky to do since all your kills have to be in a row without missing. Just make sure all your throws are out in the open so you don’t stick your tomahawk into a crate or wall.
