To get this achievement you have to shoot the board that’s blocking the door in the Library and shoot the chandelier within 20 seconds. As soon as you shoot the board and you are let out of the room run to your left as far as you can once you reach the door, turn right and break through the other door. Climb into the next room and shoot the chandelier. Achievement unlocked
