I’m using Alucard with the following offensive and defensive gear equipped:

Offensive Gear:
Hrunting
Gladius
Summon Spirit

Defensive Gear:
Ballroom Masque
Surcoat
Iron Leggings
Assassin’s Cape
Scarf
Power Belt

This boss isn’t too hard at all, just make sure to stay away from his bottom and top strips of red he paints, you can use your sword to get rid of them. As always, make sure to have a super potion handy.
